To celebrate National Book Day National Book Foundation organised activities at the Pak-China Friendship Center. Fauzia Minallah gave a presentation on Amai-The Bird of Light.She showed 3 of her animations and asked children to come up on stage her animations and asked them questions. When she showed Amai loves Pakistani Music children came up on stage to dance. A student of OPF school started dancing 'luddi' and all the other children on stage followed. Munazza, Maimoona, Tasawwar and Shahid all students of Almaktoom centre for the visually impaired read from Amai books as well as those written by the blind teacher Miss Nazmeena. 20 children received copies of Sadako's Prayer and students of Almaktoon who read books recieved Braille Books of National Book Foundation
